This post should be in the WTB section. That said - if I were you I would find a G41 M handguard to use as a model and have it made. A much quicker and likely cheaper process than searching for one.

G41M parts of any kind -and especially wood- are just about impossible to locate. I've been looking for several items for more years than I care to count and unless you are in the right place at the exact right time, it just won't happen. Sorry to be so glum about it but your chances of winning the PowerBall Super Mega Lottery are far better! JMHO-

Where are you located? You are welcome to come a measure the handguard on my G41M.

A generous offer ... but half way across the country.

You would need to compare alot of pics but there must be a mauser handguard that could be modified. just off the top of my head isnt a 24/47 handguard pretty large and bulky? Could you reshape it slightly and use that?

Just a thought, might be a fun project.
