Hi guys,
I was set up today at a local gunshow when an older couple came up to the table with a G41. It turned out to be a total mixmaster serial # wise with a lightly sanded stock but a bright bore. We haggled a bit and agreed on a price of twelve hundred bucks and so it came home with me. This is only the second one I've been able to see up close and all the parts appear to be there. Man, that is one strange looking op rod! How many '41's were produced during the war and did their manufacture cease with the adoption of the G43? Here are some pics.
