Heres a buttonhole set of medal ribbons I picked up a while back. I suppose it is meant for use with a civilian suit or suchlike, not on the uniform (?).

It has the crossed swords signifying a combattant, I believe the black and white ribbon is for the Iron Cross and the black, white and red is for the Hindenburg cross. However I've no idea what the thin black, white and gold ribbon that goes across the others sinifies. Does anyone have any ideas?
