A friend of mine had a GGF named Frank Foster who served in WWI, and she has a few of his items mounted and framed. I took a couple of pics with the ole cell, and they're not real great, but you can see the items. The small post card is postmarked 11/11/18 and was sent from Sauvegny (sp?) France. There are Frank's dogtags, a McKinley button, a uniform button, a medal of some type, and I think a ration card. There is also a photo of Frank himself.

These aren't much, but I thought they would be of interest.

Here's his draft registration. I've sent this to my friend with instructions on obtaining his service records.
