We all know the if's and or but's about Russian captures.What's the deal with French refurbs/captures.I bought one and I'm getting mixed signals on collectability/value .

I have one. It is in very nice condition and I enjoy owning it, but they do not seem to have much of collector following. If you paid $250 to $300 for it I would call that a good price at the lower end of retail. Just my opinion.

Not in hand yet,but pics seem to have the look of a,dare I say it,an MM.I'm more hoarder than true collector.I'll shoot it and if it has value take it out only occasionally.BTW it's a CE 41.

Gremlin recently got a nice one like he said, wouldn't mind owning one just like it. Its miles above an RC quality wise and historically just as/if not more significant IMO.

The French refurbs are fairly high quality especially compared to an RC.
