I like what she has to say but I can't stand to look at that loaded up with paint, plastic face. She used to be a pretty woman. God made you look a certain way.....why would you want to change that??

problem is, when she was actually Westchester DA, and not a TV "personality" she was NOT friendly to guns
Isn't it funny that talking heads get paid millions of dollars to tell us what to think and how to think it. I ignore the news channels myself. I can think for myself thank you very much.

There are plenty of people out there that are swayed by media reporting and opinions - most of it severely liberal biased.

Her current outspoken defense of the Second Amendment may help wake up some of the new gun owners to the real threats that are being proposed, and not just restrictions/removal of "assault weapons."

We can take all the positive press we can get at this point.

While she may be right, listening to that voice is akin to that scene in Jaws where Quint runs his fingers down the blackboard....I cant stand her. Shes not fooling anybody with the Earl Shieb hairpaint, and the troweled on makeup. Shes gotta be like what 250 years old. Her and Pelosi. Another walking Dinosaur.

Posted this elsewhere, but maybe should be here -

Here come the Judge!

I think most of us here feel the exact same way. Good to hear it said on network TV!
She was the Westchester County DA and one tough Judge ,[That's adjacent to NYC]. She ran for AG of New York against Killer Cuomo who advertised himself as a "non Practicing Attorney" !!!!! Her husband pulled a bunch of stunts while she was campaigning and filed for divorce, I believe. That doomed her and the dumb basta*rds of NY State voted for a "Non Practicing Attorney" for their AG !!!!! He had daddy's name and lots of money and went on to become the Governor who killed 11,000 people and got an Emmy for it. She was no friend to people who broke the law , with regard to guns , but if you followed the law, you were OK. The problem with NY is there are so many stupid laws , having a gun is a liability , especially a hand gun. I grew up in Westchester County . I left as soon as I could.
By the way, the Term "Assault Weapon" was one cooked up by Roos and Roberti when they pushed through the ASW bill in Commiefornia back in 1989 . Before then they were "Semi Automatic versions of Military Rifles" . Don't say "Assault Weapon" and don't say "Weapon " either. Say rifle, or pistol or shotgun . Don't cater to these extremists !!

I liked Judge Jeanine's EXCELLENT Pro-Gun Rights Thesis! Criticizing her make up and hair is a non-sensible critique. Remember Ben Franklin said, "In the dark, all women are Fair." He also said, "A man can get used to anything, even hanging." LOL.

Be Well.

You think she'd be interested in running the NRA?

Her face is unimportant, her message is. I immigrated in 1988 from Ontario - prior to that 6 years, 32 years born and brought up in Montreal. Yes I did it the legal way but that's another story. I lost my gun rights then my language rights. I know what it's like to live in a socialist country that outlawed the death penalty years ago. Registration and common sense gun laws are total B.S. Write and call your representatives in congress and the senate. If the wingnuts in charge can ignore the constitution over recent events, they can on this too. CA, and NY's mag limits need to be challenged, Clean up Chicago, and other very dangerous metro and other areas. Go after the illegal guns and leave us law abiding citizens alone. If we put enough pressure on our legislators they will back down. Mid terms are coming.

I think Ben F said "In the dark, all cats are gray" and "for a Mistress, older widows are best. The don't swell, they don't tell, and they are so grateful". He (if his reputation was earned as I suspect it was) likely had experience on his side in those matters.

I agree.

That's why I put "assault weapons" in quotations in my post.

Clyde,

You are correct about gray cats and Ben Franklin. In a long letter to his nephew about selecting a mistress, while Ben was in France and far from his wife, he wrote the "all in dark are fair" about women. At least that is what I read. I liked your wit and humor,

Be Well, fellow Texican.....My 4 years at Lamar in Beaumont gave me dual citizenship with my native Pennsylvania.

Go after the illegal guns and leave us law abiding citizens alone.
The legal and illegal ones are intermingled. And then there is the matter of constant replenishment of illegal guns from the world of legal guns, and law-abiding citizens.

Think commercial air travel. In order to make it harder (hopefully much much harder) for terrorists to take over aircraft, millions of law abiding travelers accept heightened scrutiny.

Long story short there's no way to put a serious dent in the supply of illegal guns without changing the rules that legal gun owners do follow.

Like what?
Like ENFORCING ALL existing gun laws and prosecuting illegal gun users. Stop plea bargaining and allowing gun law violators to walk away without posting bond after arrest. Perhaps you should work as a law enforcement officer for a few years and see how the criminal justice game is really played! You would see what wide discretion prosecutors have and how leinent they are,

There is no way restricting honest gun owners will deter criminals. I suggest you work the street carrying a badge for a few years to further you gun control education that is current lacking.

Be well.

Webley.
