Hello Folks - I'm looking for some help from someone with more knowledge than I have. Could someone please tell me the measurement for firing pin protrusion on a Jungle Carbine bolt? I made a very stupid mistake - tore it down without first measuring! Thanks for any help available.

Connscott, that's the ideal FPP but you can be "close enough". I prefer 0.042 as my ideal protrusion. Several factors come into play, but 0.038 to 0.050 is considered the acceptable range.
When reassembling the bolt, all you need to do is set the back end of the FP flush to the surface of the cocking piece. Providing nothing has gone terribly wrong over time, you should be good to go.
Doesn't hurt to check it all the same.
