I picked up this excellent condition VKT model 1891 at the West Springfield, MA gun show this past weekend. It was built on a 1920 Tula receiver and it looks to be unfired with a mint bore. It's the nicest Finnish 1891 that I've seen. All serial numbers match except for the magazine floorplate. And the receiver and trigger guard have been shimmed

Thanks Tuco and Ted,
I was surprised to see that it had a matching butt plate, that was a first for me.

Mashwamp,
Yes, I wear a shirt with that on it especially when I go to the shows in Mass. It always gets some nice remarks from the poor suffering gunnies. I had a friend do some up for me. I sell at the shows I do in NH.
