I found most of the hand fit triggers have a thickness of between 0.040" and 0.050" w/some as low as 0.035". These spring/sears are also hand lapped and fitted, the original angles are maintained but polished true. I believe the work was done in fixtures because of the consistencies achieved.-SDH
