They look like the same myraid Soviet proof marks found on every Soviet/Russian weapon. How about a pic of the whole rifle?

The circled 'L' is the mark of a finnish company contracted to inspect and rebuild SVT's, post war.

Interesting. Will have to look at mine a little closer.
