I bought this one from a board member a while back. I was going to wait for what passes for winter down here to clean it up but I could not wait. I have a few Finnish rifles that most likely have seen action but this one ranks right up there with my Remington M-91 . The battle scars and soldier carvings really speak to me. I do have pristine examples but the Veterans are a lot more fun. With rifles like this one I see cleaning and then treating the metal and stocks as preservation. I removed surface rust with Blue Wonder cleaner and then applied Thompson's Bore Butter to all the metal. I hand rubbed the wood with 1/3 Finn Mix and wiped it down the next day with a cotton rag. Yep I had Barry White playing the whole while. But that's another thread.
