[Krag]

Go to Netflix and get the film "Amigo." It's about the Philippine Insurrection and shows the fighting from the viewpoints of both the Filipinos and the American soldiers. The Americans are armed with "Krags" that appear to be made up from .22 rifles with full military stocks and fake loading gates. The Insurrectos are armed with similar rifles made up to look like Mausers and Rolling Blocks.

I just watched it. Chris Cooper was great in it and it has made me look longingly at the Krag hanging on the wall in my shop. A good flick.

see if you can find a copy of 'The Real Glory', starring Gary Cooper. It's about the establishment of the Philippine Constabulary, and features real Krags (either actual Constabulary models or very good imitations thereof), as well as a gatling gun and '97 Winchester riot models.
