I have some Russian 91/30 ex snipers.
The earliest is a 1930 Tula ex-dragoon sniper with the unique left hand mount that has been welded over & scrubbed.
I also have two 1942 ex PEM snipers. One is a CH marked Tula, & the other is a scrubbed Izhevsk.
I also have the more common 1943 & 44 Izhevsk exPU snipers.
They are all very good shooters with very light triggers.

Just how uncommon are the ex-Dragoon & 42 ex PEM snipers?
I did not pay much for them.

Scarce snipers

I don't know much about your Dragoon exsniper, but I do know it is a scarce and very desireable rifle. Please take some good pics of it and post them here so the more knowledgeable members can advise you on it. Your '42 Tula pem is also a very scarce piece, I think there are only about six here in the U.S. The '42 Izhevsk pem is also a scarce item, altho quite a few have surfaced in the last couple of years, maybe 20 pieces total in the U.S. A couple of years ago, I found a '42 Izh PEM, at that time only a handfull were known. Since that time, they keep popping up, now and then, and the rareity of my rifle keeps slipping! Ouch!
