i have a friend that wants to sell a erma 1940 s/27 it has the stock cut down to hunt with it was his uncles and now he wants to sell it for 400.00 dollars it is all matching numbers with about 40-50 % blue on the rifle does anyone know if this is to much 400$ let me know before i make a mistake i was hoping to buy a stock for the rifle

Don't know about that, but my 1939 "27" K98k does not have the "S".
