Hey guys,
Had one of my spare Egyptian SKS's at Tulsa. I'm surprised you guys did not want that little gem! Shame on me for dragging that thing all the way out to OK. Laminated stock numbered 3 and spike bayonet. Chinese factory 26.,

How do you identify an Egyptian SKS Vic?

Is there a bird stamped on it somewhere?

Could you post some pictures?

Chinese gun, Russian laminated stock, spike bayonet, Arabic number painted on the stock, CAI import in the late 80's. The Chinese provided some guns under contract when the Russian flow was also beginning in 1959 and these came in to Egypt but the guns had spikes so they had to route out the bayonet channel from a knife to a spike shape.
