Friend has run across an early Kokura Concentric Circle, pod, rod, AA slide and "arms, matching, low number, VG condition. Asked me the value and I don't know. Can anyone give a WAG?

saw and early Kokura CC with all matching numbers even DC. it had all of the goodies. it had a price tag of $1200 on it but, needless to say, its still for sale.
