Here's a Dreyse 1907 I picked up at the last gun show. It is crown-over-N marked, grooved slide, with SN 19xxx on the bolt, upper and lower receiver insides. "LG" marked on the front strap. It's in great shape overall.

It seems to be a Polizeimodell except I think those should have a flat-top slide... It's the "K.S. Gend. 399" in place of the typical "Dreyse" that's throwing me off.

Looks like you have a type 1, first issue to the Saxony Police, pistol 399. Saxony special ordered different blocks of Dreyse pistols with the option of the K.S.Gend marking instead of Dreyse. Not all Dreyses were for police, some will have the Imperial mark on the right side, some will have the WWII Nazi overstamps and some with the export stamp of that time period. Nice find. art
