Do you leave the black rubber cover on the bolt charging handle/knob thingy? Or is that just for shipping and to be tossed once the rifle is home? Seems kinda' cool, though...

I figure they probably charge you $50 for that black plastic thing, it stays (my personal arsenal doesn't have it)

I don't think mine came with one of those.

If you like it left on the handle, I'd say leave it. I can see a certain use for it but I'd probably leave it off and put it away because I have a tendancy to lose things.

I've got two Arsenals that were NIB. Never had a "black rubber cover on the bolt charging handle/knob thingy"? You must have the rare limited issue "Spetznaz Commerative Model".
