Awesome Post!... I used to be proud of my Ex-Bubba 1918 Lithgow restoration but i see a real craftsman at work here... I got lucky with mine, all Bubba did was throw out the end cap and handguards plus sand and checker the stock set...It only took one call to Springfield Sporters to get all the parts i needed.... a LOT less time and patience than your excellant job!
