definitely ddr, the items are in german and many have the "evp" marking. also, on the list of contents, underneath the "sprenggeratetasche" it says "nva 033".

I can second this kit as being DDR. I had looked through stacks of these previously in Germany. Several of the items were marked "evp".
For some reason, at the time I thought they were some sort of linesmans's kit. XD

NO SHIT!!! so that's what the hell it is!!! i was trying to match it to the contents list but couldn't figger out wtf it was!

it was in the bag...i wonder what the story is behind it? maybe picked up during a waffenbruderschaft hooyah by a demo guy...or just added once it left the defunct ddr...
