Please excuse any ignorance I am not a avid gun collector but you got to start some where.

I recently purchased this and was wondering what the stamp in the 2nd photo was for it is also stamped on the barrel. Also there is another set of numbers on the slide above the serial number. can anyone let me know what they are about.

Forgot a question, what is the going rate for one of these? I see the CZ-45 asking for about $250, are about these the same? I have a few spots of minor corrosion and was thinking about getting it re-blued or would that be bad?
