I found what you are describing in a very out of the way gunshop a month ago, they were asking 8.00 a box. This is not an indication of it's worth, as it is by all accounts very high quality ammo. There seem to be 3 types of Chinese, Norinco yellow, the one you have with raised letters, and a third with the same lettering printed in black. Only notable difference I found, beyond the headstamps, was the black lettered boxes are noticeably more attracted to a magnet than the other two.
