I tried both sites and have come up empty. I just picked up a 43 Tula ex-sniper in a refurbed PU sniper stock and I have a small cartouche of two crossed hammers in a circle. I'm guessing it may mean its a Tula stock?

Glee, I have encountered that mark on several of my rifles. I believe it is a refirb. stamp. Denny
