I have this rifle which was restocked and included stamped trigger guard and mag follower. The stamped bands are blued.. The barrel is parkerized and dated 1943 it is RA marked and the bolt is R and the cartouche is RA-P. Receiver is also park. Bolt is a combination of finishes....Anyway I have a cast (milled) front band with integral swivel. I also have a milled trigger guard and mag follower...I guess my question is: Is it arsenal correct for the 43 date to have these mixed finishes? If I should go the milled route I will need a middle band and my front band is missing the stock screw. Thanx

03-A3 rifles typically had stamped parts.

correct parts should be blue stamped parts, you would have to trim the handguard to use a milled bayonet lug with an A3 handguard..
anything worth doing, is worth doing right.
