A lot of us longtime Minefielders contributed quite a bit of money in the past to help keep this forum going. You people don't seem to understand you are a guest here and should act as such , I've never been asked to pay for access , the only thing that needs attention is the freedom of speech here or lack of .
I didn't take it that way....I'm home sick today so my replies might be bit off. Sorry. Your point is correct. A lot of us have helped out over the years when Vic said help was needed.Didn't mean to insinuate that nobody else did.

About two weeks ago I posted about my dislike of the upcoming format, the same as used on another site. I have visited that site, The AK Forum, multiple times a day every day since.I hate the changes on those sites.
The marketplace boards are still there but now they are at the very bottom of the page. Scroll all the way down to find them.I’m not sure if there is any connection to these changes, but parts of the regular forum list (like the sections with the Trader boards, site glitch reports forum, etc.) have been “disappearing” on a regular basis. Example: right now, when I click on Forums, I do not see WTS, WTB, etc. They can only be accessed through Google links.
On an unrelated note, I think WTB posts should be allowed in all collecting niche forums - otherwise the chances of posting on WTB and connecting with a potential seller of the specific thing you are looking for are close to zero (but you are very likely to attract scammers). Example: say, I post a WTB for a Remington Mosin bolt handle. What are the chances that someone who actually has one for sale would be scanning the WTB forum posts day after day, year after year until they see my specific ad? Nil. Much more effective to be able to post it on the Mosin forum. Or - to offer an associated WTB board for each niche collecting forum (similar to the separate trader for Japanese gun collectors). Just my two cents...
Leave the banner the same.Heya all,
Looking for input on the new banner for the migration. Any recommendations on what models or what you guys would like to see up there, should we keep the same logo, add any flagship firearms?
Let us know your thoughts and what would fit best with the primary focus on the community.
Note the Luger section of the community will migrate to a new domain LugerForums.com and we already have input on that banner.
Thanks in advance,
