The problem is, even if you find a frame, those parts will not fit a different frame.

Revolvers are very "old school", and unlike automatics, virtually every part, especially on the old Colt's were hand fitted at the factory.
Once fitted, many of them can't be refitted to a different frame.

While some parts can be refitted, parts like the cylinder assembly and the cylinder locking bolt just don't don't work in a different frame.
Barrels can often be re-fitted, but you'll need a lathe and some expensive special tooling to re-work it.

Bottom line: Sell the parts on the internet to someone who can use some of the non-fitted parts as replacements for a complete gun.
