Deciding if I should or shouldn't order one of these.
are they plentiful or getting harder to come by in decent condition.

In 2014, $199 for a nice M44 is a pretty good price.

If you don't already have 3 or 4 M44's I would buy it, the price is certainly great, and you are not likely to get a better price anywhere.
I was about to start getting into the Finn's but felt a bit overwhelmed with all the variants, and what I am supposed to like, SA stamp here, another stamp there. I gave up for now, and am collecting other guns instead.
