So, I came across a mixed bag of 9x18 ammo at a gun show today. In it were some of the Chinese military copper washed rounds listed in the ammo sticky, along with some B-West, CCI/Speer, and some rounds that I had never seen before.

They're brass cased FMJ, non-magnetic bullet. Green primer and bullet sealant with 11 53 as the headstamp and two stars at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions.

I haven't seen anything like this in the ammo sticky. The 11 on the headstamp leads me to think Chinese, but I can't be sure, and a date of 1953 would be too early for China.

That is definitely 100% Yugo .380 ammo, no doubt about it. Stand it next to a known Makarov round and you will clearly see the case is about 1mm shorter.
