The ranges are outragous. One 12.99 one 17.00 one 22.00. Heck I've seen it online for like 7.99 for brown bear good stuff. Where is the best place to buy russian made ammo. (thats all I feed through there.) Thanks!

Buy in quantity now if you can. Prices for all ammo is still heading up, from what I hear from my sources. Expect another 15%-25% rise the first of the year.

$12.99 for 9x18 at a range or gun store isn't too bad really. My favorite range just raised their price on Blazer 9x18 to $14 a box of 50. And the Winchester white box they had REALLY gave me sticker shock!

13.99 for blazer is the best I can do here.
It's 14.99 for S&B at the same shop--which is a 20 minute drive.

American eagle is $20 a box locally!

There's no such thing as cheap russian ammo or "surplus" in my neck of the woods...
:eek!:

I picked up some norinco from J&G sales two months ago $7 a box if you bought 20 boxs. It came to about $8 a box after shipping. I think they are sold out though. Wolf and silver bear is not too bad on thier internet site.

http://www.aimsurplus.com/acatalog/9X18_Makarov.html - silver bear 9x18. $7.25 a box if buying 20 or more, otherwise $7.50 a box.

http://www.jandcsales.com/9x18.html 100 rounds of silver bear (2 50 rd. boxes) $16

http://www.jgsales.com/index.php/ammo-for-handguns/9x18-makarov/cPath/25_30 has wolf, silver bear and S&B.

Have you tried the ammo deal finder site that squeky made (not sure if he is a member here (hope he is ;) ), but he is a member at akforum and gunco and posted the site link there). Here is the site link http://gun-deals.com/ammo.php It helps find prices with shipping based on zip code.
