Open you pics in Paint. Then click on "IMAGE" at the top. From the pull down list choose "STRETCH/SKEW" then in the "HORZIZONTAL - VERTICLE" spaces lower each number equally until your pic is of the right size. Save it and your ready to upload. Its really easy once you get the hang of it.
