I have a H&R CMP Garand from Greece when they first went on sale. The stock appears to be between barely to never have been used. On the Eagle in the square cartouche under the stars, mine has been stamped twice. It almost looks like they forgot the stock had been stamped, and hit her again(the only place it is okay to say hit her again and be proud of the mark without going to jail LOL). If this is unusual, and you want to see pictures, I can make some this weekend. Is it as easy to post pictures as it was before the change over? I don't have a clue why the Garand was rack grade, but I am not complaining at $295.00. The metal look great to me also. I don't remember the TE and MW number, but they all were withing GI limits when I checked them.
I brought this up because I have yet to see a picture of another one.

Not so rare. I have one on an HRA stock.

I also have a double stamped CYQ P38 pistol. Now I bet that guy had a bad day at work.

Yeah.... I've got an SA with the DAS stamp rotated 90 degrees. The eagles head is facing forward along the stock....
