The head stamp on this ammo is L at the eleven o clock position, C at the two o clock, 6 at the seven o clock, and 9 at the five o clock position, is this real Lake City 1969 ammo?

The strippers looks like they are stamped G G Green 1970.

The bandolere is stamped LC 39566 on the front, and NOV PROD FEB 69 on the back.
