CIA is Century International Arms, a Company that imports firearms into the United States. It has been around for quite a long time, and did have a Canadian Branch until the Idiot Liberal Government made a lot of gun control noises.

C.I.A or G.I.A No4?
Over at my local gunstores yesterday looking at the latest batch of No4 for LB serials when THIS caught my eye.
Very fine condition No4, with VERY fine machine electro-lettered on the LHS of the receiver -
C.I.A or G.I.A GEORGIA VT.
CAL 303 ENGLAND
SER MK40886S or maybe 5
All other numbers had been either too lightly struck to register, or were not there in the fust place.
It had a two-groove barrel as well, and very nice, smooth wood.
Not seen one like that before.....
