I'd go to youtube and check out the various videos for putting together a lower then slowly go through them (use pause to stop while building) to put it together. I always tell people to look at various videos since some tend to give different views or pointers that are helpful.

At one time I would go through the build process but with youtube it's so much easier to just tell people to go watch a few video's and use their pause button
