I just got the gun for a real good price at an online auction, it arrived today

The action has Light Twelve on left side but otherwise is completely plain, no scrolls, no name.
It has serial number stamped in front of the loading port, with the letters FN ( no oval ring 'round them ). Under those letters are the numbers 67 (space) 424**
Like this:

FN
67 424**

The barrel has no name or any markings AT ALL ( ??? ) apart from a few cryptic (proofing?) marks on the barrel extension, and a 3 over 22** on the lower piece which slides inside the action.

It has a ventilated rib.

The Browning dating page doesn't help me, and i can't find any info online about an unmarked barrel.

What is this old humpback?

Regards
