[gotula]

Recently picked up this shell puller. Fits in the Mosin Nagant breach. Fits well to the 7.62x54r cartridge neck.
Has no stampings or markings of any kind. Anyone ever come across one like this. I would like to hear your input.
The stem on which the floating collet rides is 2-5/8" from end abutting to the stop collar.
