That's a VZ24 JC, a light weight version. JC is short for the Czech words meaning "south China". They were ordered by a southern Chinese government but bought by Brazilian rebels when the Chinese did not pay. The PM number is Brazilian, said to be for Military Police. The long number on the stock is a Brazilian inventory number.
