Those are the import required "new" serial numbers. I have noticed them for several years now. The 2681 is the original serial. (wonder what the bolt is?) The other numbers/letters---have no clue. The bolt should be polished.I don't like how the dot matrix serial number gets applied. When did they start doing that?
Strange, my bolt is the same, no# and does not looked scrubbed. Got it at a Wisconsin gun show in Jan.1985, no import marks either. How about bolts on others here who have one?The bolt has no numbers and its not scrubbed either.
