I need a good, clear photo of the OVS markings on a Boer Mauser. Can anyone helpe me out?

Marius - no, I'm afraid not. But you will be able to read it in the Guns & Ammo 2009 Military Surplus annual.

I have a few more photos but the stamp on the side of the receiver is a bit light on the second line. What is you email address? I will email you some photos that are higher in resolution and see if that will work better.

Hi Krag,
in 1904 NZ ,Australia and Canada received trophy Boer weapons from England per Lord Kitchener. The NZ Govt marked their 600 trophy Martini Henry and Mauser rifles with S.A.T. signifying South African Trophy.I attach a close up
