Looks plastic, so probably fits one of the cheap plastic rests. You might look at catalogs that sell this kind of stuff. Midway, Cabellas, etc. Maybe you'll spot a photo of the entire set-up. Without the base it's only worth as much as the sand bag. It looks like a Protector model. They sell for about $15.
