I was in a pawn shop buying a k98 and saw a Argentine 1909 . The action and barrel where still full of cosmo , it had cleaning rod and a beautiful stock with clear stamps , and all numbers matched that I could see and no import mark . Overall a very nice looking rifle , worth 299.00 ? I don't know anything about these, so any feedback would be great .

That is a great price if it's original. Check to see if the cleaning rod matches too as often they do. The receiver and bolt should be "in the white" as in not blued. Many of the small parts will have a bright "fire" blue finish.
