These are waaay out of my comfort zone, but I've been having milsurp withdrawls, and this looked kinda nice, and the price was not too bad (I thought), and the wife was right there and didn't say no, so.... I didn't have my glasses, and thought the bolt serial matched. It has some of the same numbers, just not in the same order. Bore is bright and shiny.

I'd call this a mistake and a match. Imported by IAC in the early 1990's from South Africa war reserve stock. Most were direct to storage from FTR.
I have a LB Mk1/3 that has a screwed up serial number, and from the left heel to the left wall they screwed it up.
I think it's fair to say the man with the punch screwed the pooch. Nice find. Hope the widow didn't get nailed. Sounds like she did.
