Simple fix.

Pass the Democrat's massive tax increases which will put the economy into a recession and air travel will fall to the point where the system can handle it.

We have delays because there's too many planes in the air and lots of local opposition to airport expansion. Lots harder to build more airports than to engineer a recession. We had massive opposition to a runway expansion at Clearwater/St. Petersburg and now have massive opposition to a new airport up in the FL panhandle.
