I think of my late father on this date every year, Australia/New Guinea/Phillipines 1942-1945. We are much in debt to our veterans of all wars and of those years between themDecember 7th, 67 years since the attack on Pearl Harbor, not many of the veterans of WW2 left. Bless them all!
Don't think so I think too many have forgotten already. Will we change that to a new day with 9/11?
Absolutely!! we're seeing the last of the best generation of Americans ever born.not many of the veterans of WW2 left. Bless them all!
Front page article in our local newspaper today about Pearl Harbor. Wisconsin has a special automobile license plate program and one of the specialty plates is for Pearl Harbor Survivors. Within the article it mentioned that there are now only 10 of those specialty plates in the entire state. Someone who was 18 at Pearl is now 85. That really drove home the point regarding how fast we are losing our veterans...December 7th, 67 years since the attack on Pearl Harbor, not many of the veterans of WW2 left...
