A number of M 91/41 rifles (and some M 91/38 cavalry carbines) will be found having a sometimes numbered bolt of "old" design (pre-1912 split lug extractor). These pulled-from-storage-and-reused bolts *are* original as they were assembled to the new rifles in the factory, and they are "matching" to the gun even if bearing a non-matching serial number. So much for paradoxa ;).
