Not really.. Especially if it has any prefix.
The russians made tens of millions of these. Theres plenty of 2222 and 55555 and so on out there, especially with prefixes(of which there are well over 20)
It would not interest me. Not unless it had a matching bayonet and even then thats because I would resale it on gunbroker(for some reason people pay extra for a matching bayonet?.. Thats a RESTAMP not the original folks)
Beauty its in the eye of the beholder. If you ink it would be a good piece to have/ collect then go for it. I have a few guns with really no collector value but I think the are great in some way. Some have odd marking or just great blueing or stocks. If you like it, go for it.
