What is the going price for 8mm Yugo, 8mm Greek, 303 Brit (not POF or Indian) and 303 British (Winchester made, boxer primed)? Just wondering. A guy wanted to buy some of this off me and I don't want to rip him off or get ripped off myself. Like for buyer/seller to feel good about transactions.

I would think at least 25 cents a round for good Yugo 8mm, maybe even 30 cents, it all depends on how much you have and how much you paid.

I seen some winchester super X 303 at $23 per 20 And the 8mm yugo 1950s 20 to 25 cents a rd. If its yugo 1970s or 80s about 30 to 40 cents per rd. Maybe a little less if your selling a 900rd case.

The Winchester 303 was contract ammo made during WWII. Not commercial stuff.

So I'm pretty happy I bought 3600 rounds of Yugo 70's for $410 F.O.B. West Coast a little over a year ago. Looks like about $1300+ at today's rate. Maybe I'll won't be letting my buddies burn up the 100+ rounds or so like I have previously. Gotta make the good stuff last, and that Yugo '70's 8MM looks and shoots like it was manufactured last week. At the time I remember thinking I should buy as much as I could afford and $400 was about it. No sense kicking about it now, but twice as much would have been five times better.

AIM has Privi 303 in reloadable brass for about $10 per box of 20. Samco has FNM 8MM non corrosive for $.299 per round + shipping. Samco also has Hirtenberg 8MM non corrosive boxer primed for $.369 per + shipping. I picked up 800 rnds of the Privi 303 from AIM and 800 of FNM + 400 rnds of Hirtenberg from Samco.

The Hirtenberg is probably the better deal even at a bit more money. You can save cases and hopefully get half a dozen full power reloads out of each one. Plenty of good .323" bullets out there. IMR 4064 and 4350 is not as cheap as it used to be, still a pretty good deal. 2 cents apeice for the primers and you now have better than Privi, Hirtenberger, S and B, or whatever for 25-30 cents/round.

The FNM is nice clean ammo. I only used it once out of an FN49 that had a real stiff trigger. It was very clean burning. Accuracy, I couldn't say since I was just trying out the fN49 for the first time along with a few other rifles. I'll try some in a 98/22 next time out.
