I just looked at it better with a mag glass i guess it is bxn.Is the ammo any good to use in a svt? If its light ball its 148 grain? Thanks for the input guys !
I got 2000 147 grain pulled bullets from Wideners. They have the silver tip. I dont think there is any other ammo out there with a silver tip...or is there?
"bxn" is Czechoslovakian; more specifically, Sellier & Bellot manufacture. It is excellent, sure-fire and accurate ammo. Other countries used the silver tip coding, among them: Russia and Poland. DDR
I had a case of this stuff that was 100% DUD'S it was dated 1963 I pulled the bullets and saved the powder. There can be some of this CZ 54R that is bad. Over the last few years i have got more i try to get the newer 1980's CW stuff.
