7.62MM X 39MM Sight on a 5.56MM Colt?

Well, part of the mystery is solved. The Colt manufactured AR-15 in 7.63 X 39 has no markings on the removable carrying handle dial sight. So how did this handle get on my NIB M-4 5.56MM LE 6920? Colt is checking. Gun Airsoft Airsoft gun Shooting sport Revolver
