Greetings,

I just recently tried some of this, and thought it was seriously underloaded.
Anybody else try it? What was your opinion?

Seemed fine to me, but then I don't enjoy having my shoulder pounded.

Mag may get a chance to check it out with his chrono, would be interesting to know.

I've shot quite a bit and it performed beautifully. Have not chronographed it but it seemed well regulated to the sights of the two Type 38 rifles and Type 44 carbine I used.

I had a box of it(only one round left) and thought it was pretty good ammo.

By the way thanks for your service Merle.

You did not state what rifle [ by maker and serial number range ] you were shooting, that will make a big difference. Also read the post on reloading for the T-38, that may answer your question. mag

I ran 20 rounds of it thru my Type 38 on a 100 yard range about a year ago.

I attributed my poor grouping to the rough trigger and perhaps the shooter as well. About 8" group.

However, as best as I can shoot, it seemed to be "par" with what I was expecting.
